Dr. Santiago has been my GP for about 5 years or so. She is fantastic! Her bedside manor is second to none. She is available (which can be tough to find these days), thorough, and compassionate. She takes her time with each visit. I hate that she doesn't do annual physicals anymore as that has been passed off to PAs, but she is a fantastic doctor.

Dr Santiago was attentive and filled our expectations. However the follow thru was disappointing: 1. We went to the designated pharmacy waited over an hour and a half to find out that they did not have the antibiotic and they claim they notified Fulshear Family Med but we were left out of the loop. By the time we found out what was going on you were closed. My husband was hospitalized twice for the condition we needed the antibiotic for. (Because of his brain cancer it appears any temp related to an infection severely debilitated him / unable to move). It’s now the next day, I left a message and have not heard from your office. I have identified another pharmacy but not knowing the name of the med I can’t even call around. Caught in a loop here. Please assist. Thank you Roberta Arnold (wife)

A good visit where the Doctor provided solutions to the problems

It was our first time in a long time to go to the doctor. Although it was virtual we felt like we really connected with Dr. Santiago. She listened and we really appreciated that she didn’t immediately brush my daughters symptoms off to just Covid and send us on our way. She went the extra mile and tested for the flu which turns out is what my daughter had! We will be back. Whether it’s virtual or in person I highly recommend this practice in this doctor.

The video call was really easy but I was suppose to get a flu and step test and no one called me back to do the curbside testing. Also my symbicort inhaler was not sent to my pharmacy. I was Diagnosed with Covid from an ER earlier that day. It was important for me to get the flu and strep test because I’m allergic to all antibiotics and I have asthma

Friendly and professional

I have been going to Fulshear Family Medicine for years! When Dr. Schultz retired I was bummed and I didn't know if I was going to continue to use them as my primary care since i live in Katy and it is a bit of a drive. I needed a refill on my meds and I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to find a new doctor yet so I booked an appointment with Dr. Santiago. I'm glad I did! She is just as amazing!

She listened to my problems and is providing help and pain relief medication. Just what I need.

Very good at describing your symptoms and trying to fix them

The PA and Dr. Santiago was very thorough with my visit. The tech took my blood efficiently and I was examined and released within one hour. All my concerns were answered.

Dr. Santiago was nice and on time, but I waited 30 mins for the blood draw and had to leave before they came.

The doctor was on time, but the lab took to long to draw blood.

I was only disappointed with the length of time I had to wait to check out. Waited in front of the desk for at least 10 minutes while the receptionist was on the phone, I felt ignored. She at least could of had put patient on hold for a second and acknowledge me, very unprofessional! Felt Doctor rushed me a little bit after I waited in the room for a while.

I had seriously considered looking for another primary care physician; however, I could not be more pleased with the new dr at Fulshear Family Medicine, Dr. Santiago. She was friendly and engaging and took her time with me. I felt very comfortable with her diagnosis. In addition, I really enjoyed her assistant. It seems these days if you get a great dr, the staff is the problem or the staff is great, but the dr has no bedside manner. In this case, they get a thumbs up from the front desk to the assistant, and a BIG thumbs up to Dr. Santiago!!!

Nice and friendly

Dr.Santiago was professional she listen to what was going on with me. She seem caring. But the meds haven't worked for me yet I still did not sleep I still feel anxiety, sad not my self.

I had a checkup with PA Syndi Nobles today. She is always so thorough. She explains everything in depth. She shows empathy and is genuinely concerned for her patients.

We LOVE Mary so much. She is so smart, kind and personable. She is prompt with communication and we are so thankful and appreciative. Also, her assistant Sarah is also too. They make a great team!

always feel satisfied after seeing Dr. Sung. very easy to talk to and very detailed with the checkups. even though it takes us to drive 1 hour to the clinic from home, my husband still prefers to have our son see Dr. Sung. I wish she would move back to sugar land.

Five stars for the doctor. She was awesome. My problem is trying to make an appointment! I have called previously three days and was caller 3, then after 5 minutes of waiting, I get put through to the answering machine. I have gotten no call backs! Today, I got through after 2 minutes of waiting then was put on hold by two ladies for 8 more minutes and then I hung up. I will take my business elsewhere since it’s much too busy.

I have trusted Dr. Schultz with my medical need and her staff. Never have been disappointed with the services and the personal attention I feel doc gives me.

Always satisfied when I get to see Dr. Schultz. I was sad to hear that she is retiring in March. Congratulations are definitely in order. She is a caring doctor and her staff reflects her attitude. We can hope and pray that her replacement will be as caring as her. She deserves to retire and enjoy life while she has good health. I always knew she was a smart woman. She will be missed by her patients.

I went in for my appt. and got seen right away. Dr. Schultz is very nice and cares for her patients and is really Amazing !! and listens to my medical needs . I don't feel hurried during my appt. My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a new doctor. I called as a new patient and was able to get in that afternoon. Dr. Schultz was really sweet. She addressed my concerns and I was in and out within 30 mins from my appointment. We have found our new doctor!

Dr. Sung is one of the most thorough doctors we have ever visited. I left knowing that she left no stone unturned, and she made the best diagnosis based on the information. We never felt rushed, and we know that she always listens to and addresses our concerns.

She was EXCELLENT with my timid 2 year old. He had been “protecting” his injury and she was so gentle and playful with him that he was open to letting her do a proper exam. She was also very forthright about her diagnosis, and we all felt comfortable discussing things with her.
