Having received my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama, I have worked the greater Houston area since 2000. As well as having clinical experience in numerous types of settings, I also have teaching experience, most recently providing presentations for diabetes education classes. I have also been conducting research since 2016 regarding the health beliefs of African American women with diabetes. I live in the Sealy area with my husband.
