It was our first time in a long time to go to the doctor. Although it was virtual we felt like we really connected with Dr. Santiago. She listened and we really appreciated that she didn’t immediately brush my daughters symptoms off to just Covid and send us on our way. She went the extra mile and tested for the flu which turns out is what my daughter had! We will be back. Whether it’s virtual or in person I highly recommend this practice in this doctor.

The video call was really easy but I was suppose to get a flu and step test and no one called me back to do the curbside testing. Also my symbicort inhaler was not sent to my pharmacy. I was Diagnosed with Covid from an ER earlier that day. It was important for me to get the flu and strep test because I’m allergic to all antibiotics and I have asthma

If you are looking for a doctor that serves the whole family, than Fulshearfamily.med is your one stop family practice. Dr. Mary Santiago, APs and entire staff are friendly, efficient, caring, and, also ready with recommendations if you need additional expert care or therapy. FaceTime appointments are also available. I feel very cared for when I leave this office.
