Dr Santiago is a very professional and very approachable person. Her affection and empathy is felt so sincerely specially towards her patients she has as a provider. She listens to her patient and analyzes all medical problems with her patients. Her patient like me can talk about constrains and opinions and feel sincerity on these discussions. I really feel comfortable with Dr Santiago and I believe in her very knowledgeable ways in conducting discussions and she is on point. I look up to her and indeed give my full trust to this amazing doctor.
