Dr. Santiago has been my GP for about 5 years or so. She is fantastic! Her bedside manor is second to none. She is available (which can be tough to find these days), thorough, and compassionate. She takes her time with each visit. I hate that she doesn't do annual physicals anymore as that has been passed off to PAs, but she is a fantastic doctor.

Dr Santiago was attentive and filled our expectations.
However the follow thru was disappointing:
1. We went to the designated pharmacy waited over an hour and a half to find out that they did not have the antibiotic and they claim they notified Fulshear Family Med but we were left out of the loop. By the time we found out what was going on you were closed. My husband was hospitalized twice for the condition we needed the antibiotic for. (Because of his brain cancer it appears any temp related to an infection severely debilitated him / unable to move).
It’s now the next day, I left a message and have not heard from your office. I have identified another pharmacy but not knowing the name of the med I can’t even call around.
Caught in a loop here. Please assist. Thank you Roberta Arnold (wife)
