Only for front receptionist Front person repeatedly kept telling me wrong information to simple question. I got upset and yet refused to transfer me to anyone else ( I wanted to talk to lab since she wAs clueless to answer my question- the question was “ what time did quest lab pick up. She told me they were open 24 hours???? ) very very frustrating

The front staff is always attentive. Dr. Santiago asks questions and shows empathy and takes time. I don’t feel rushed.
